Going On a Crash Diet

Hello Divas!

I know this is terrible advice but I am desperate right now. I have to go graduation in one month so I am going on a crash diet for the next two weeks to help lose some weight.

I have been eating about 1700 calories a day but I plan on cutting that down to about 1300 for the next two weeks and doing a mini fast on the weekends.

My typical day might look like this:
Breakfast
2 scrambled eggs
1 yogurt
1 green tea with honey

Lunch
2 slices of bread with peanut butter
1 soymilk
1 cup pineapple

Snack
handful of pecans

Dinner
1 banana/1 yogurt
glass of lemon cleanse

I think this comes to the calorie level I need to lose some weight quickly and will prevent me from becoming too hungry and fainting during the day.

I tried the lemon cleanse thing but could only go half a day without feeling like I was losing my mind.

This should help me to lose about 8 lbs in the two weeks so wish me luck!!!!!!

Oh whoa! I wish you luck! I been struggling with diets myself... the summer is coming so I want to be able to make it to goal 125 or 130 but is so hard... Oreos and bagel with cream cheese are keeping me away from my diet lol. I think I’m going to try your diet and see how it goes.

I'd advise you to eat more veggies and not much peanut butter because it's so high in fat. In fact, it's easier to lose weight if you drink tea and constantly eat because it kicks your metabolism up.

Here are some of my diet posts :) I'm currently reinstating my diet. I'm losing lbs and stabilizing around a lower weight, which is healthy!

Good luck!

@ Angie...well I thought of eating the peanut butter because everything I see says to have more protein to keep you feeling full and PB has lots of protein.
