I guess no one wants the BIC soleil shavers this week. The rules state that you must subscribe to the feed and linkback.
I have only received one comment (without a link) and one person is not enough to do a drawing.

Kinda stinky - I've been a loyal reader of your column and the 2 times I enter you first pick someone else (50/50 shot and you didnt require a link then!) and then refuse to pick me this time. BOOO. Guess there's no point in me continuing to check you out since I don't have a blog to advertise you and my word of mouth won't count.

PS - If you read your ORIGINAL post it says:

And on your NEWEST giveaway the only word that changed was OR to AND but it STILL said "To be considered for the promotion...all you have to do is follow one of two simple steps:"
I think its really crappy that you are COMPLETELY changing the rules and not honoring the rules YOU set forth. I didn't notice that it said AND instead of OR as every other word was the same and it still said do ONE of the two.
No wonder noone reads your blog.
